KIMAERA stehen für die dunkle, schwere Seite im Metal und gelten inzwischen als die Botschafter orientalischer Doom-Klänge. Die Verknüpfung von klassischem Slo-Mo-Metal, Death Metal und orientalischen Elementen gelingt der Band auf einem beeindruckenden Niveau, das absolut keinen "Exotenbonus" nötig hat.
