Die französische EBM-Künstlerin Sierra Veins präsentiert heute das offizielle Musikvideo zu ihrem neuen Song „Ain’t No Woman“. Der Track stammt aus ihrem aktuellen Album In The Name Of Blood, das ab sofort erhältlich ist.
Inhaltlich und atmosphärisch zählt „Ain’t No Woman“ zu den eindrucksvollsten Songs des Albums. Sierra Veins erklärt dazu:
“‘Ain’t No Woman’ is a track that evokes an identity at odds with what the outside world expects. It examines how certain lives are perceived as disturbing or marginal. The track echoes this feeling of being labeled from the very beginning, almost bound to an imposed role that does not always reflect who one truly is.
‘Ain’t No Woman’ tells the story of breaking those chains. It shows how an identity shaped by an external gaze can reverse the perspective and fully reclaim what makes it different.
The word ‘FREAK’ holds a central place here. A term long used to exclude or diminish becomes a statement. ‘FREAK’ turns into a word of power and affirmation.
The video extends this trajectory. Its green aesthetic follows the artistic direction of the album In The Name Of Blood. The textures and visual effects create a mood that feels both menacing and intimate. The minimalist staging strengthens the presence in front of the camera and highlights the tension that runs through the track.”

Seit 2017 veröffentlicht die französische Künstlerin ihre Musik eigenständig, stets mit einer klaren künstlerischen Vision und einem unverwechselbaren Ansatz. Es folgten außerdem Auftritte auf dem Gotik Wave Treffen (2024) und M'era Luna (2025).
Am 07. November 2025 ist das neue Album erschienen – ein introspektives Werk über Identität und Selbstfindung, das eng mit der Namensänderung zu SIERRA VEINS verbunden ist. Das Album wird über ihr eigenes Label veröffentlicht, digital vertrieben von Blood Blast und physisch über Big Wax.
